Flips and 8 Years

Our nightly routine consists of sitting outside while Audrey flips all around me and Nate eats leaves....here's a little taste of it....

Also, yesterday we celebrated 8 years of Marriage and I couldn't be any happier. I'm so lucky to have Naty as my husband and grateful to God for all the blessings he's blessed us with, especially our children. Speaking of children, Naty couldn't resist taking them on our anniversary date but since Grandpa was dying for Nate he stood with them and Bubbs had football practice so only Audrey got to go. He took us to Shoguns and it was sooooooo good but I forgot my camera......bbooooooo Anyway, they cooked our food in front of us and that made Audrey's eyes light up (I love my peppa).

Naty, my love, you are my life, I live for you and love you with everything inside me. I'm so lucky to have you all to myself and thank God everyday for placing us together. Thank you for being such a great husband and father to our kids. I love you babe. Your Wife, Marlene

Our 5th Anniversary

Was on July 19th and we went for a day to Hearst Castle in San Simeon, we had some good quality time without the kids so it was really nice and easy. We both had never been there and it was 4 hours away! We drove and drove and drove some more till we finally got there, I didn't think it would be that far, LOL! and Naty didn't know where we were going and I think he was kind of mad that I didn't tell him how far I was planning on going, hahahahahaha! and to top it off we didn't stay overnight, he was determined to take the kids to the aquarium the next day so we got home at almost midnight, it was so worth it. We coughed it up as testing out the "new" truck. Its not brand new but new to us. So far so good, we've took it up and down the coast with no problems so far!

So then on sunday we took the kids to the aquarium in Long Beach, they liked it at first but then got restless (go figure!). Overall, it was great much needed family quality time :)
